• Open accounts are 2% 10 days, net 30 for approved accounts.
• Visa, Mastercard and COD are also accepted.
• First time orders desiring COD require certified funds unless an account application is returned prior to the product being shipped.
• 50% deposit is required on all custom printed orders.

• All shipments are F.O.B. West Mifflin, PA, USA.
• UPS ground is the standard means of shipping unless an alternative method is requested.
• Freight costs are the customer's responsibility. Exact freight charges are included on your invoice unless other arrangements are made in advance.
